• I am allowed to change my mind even if I once said yes

• I am not hard to love I was just loving people who could not hold me
• Peace is not boring it is my new standard
• I am allowed to rest without earning it
• My feelings are real even if someone else denies them
• I am not responsible for fixing adults who refuse to heal
• Silence kept me safe once but I am allowed to have a voice now
• I can miss someone and still choose myself
• Walking away from what hurts me is an act of love toward me
• I deserve relationships where I feel safe seen and respected
• My body is not dramatic it is communicating
• I will not shrink to make anyone more comfortable
Every time you repeat one of these truths you are slowly rewriting the story you tell yourself about who you are and what you deserve. Let your walls and screens speak life back to you until your own voice believes it.
