You deserve support even if no one has seen the bruises even if they are all on the inside.

• Has my partner or family member ever threatened my life my children or my pets
• Do I feel like I am walking on eggshells almost every day
If you answer yes to any of these questions consider quietly reaching out for help.
Support ideas
• A trusted friend or family member who believes you
• A local domestic violence program or shelter in your city or parish
• A therapist counselor pastor or advocate who understands trauma
• An online support group for survivors if in person is not safe yet
Digital safety
• If someone watches your phone or computer use use private or incognito browsing when you search for help
• Clear your browser history or use a safe device if possible
• Trust your instincts about what is safe to click save or text
